CAS Card For You..!!

Hello...Today i am sharing a CAS card which i made using my newest stamp set and pretty happy with the outcome...do check out this :-

For this card i first matted wood gained PP on the card base ..then place a white CS...then stamped the flowers from recently bought Hero Arts Blossom Stamp Set ... then watercolored the images using Distress inks and to add a gloss ...i used glossy accent over all the flowers...Glitter balls are used for center...stamped the leaf on felt n cut randomly...The Sentiment is a free digi from Avery Elle.... I inverted the colors so can reflect the chalkboard effect . For Chalkboard effect i used versa fine white ink and rub it randomly with my fingertip over the black portion of digi....added foam dots below the flowers n some sequins here n there and its done...!! :)

More closer view to show the Glossy n Chalkboard Effect...!!

A Card Inspired By Indian Rangoli....!!

Hi...Today i am sharing a card which took almost 14 Hrs in total 4 days....yes this time i am up with a quilled card which i made for Indira Tanwar's Mega Celebration Challenge#2where the challenge is to make a card, preferably a New Year greeting, using Indian motifs in some or the other form, like, a Mehendi design, Rangoli, Mandala, etc....and is inspired by Our very traditional Indian Rangoli Pattern...and the technique(Paper Curling technique) i used is inspired by a very talented crafter and a master of this art...yes she is none other than Gunjan Alyawadi...she has done amazing work n creations using this technique and with all her permission i tried it...i know its not as perfect as hers but this is my very first attempt and i must say that i thoroughly enjoyed making this.
The Rangoli pattern is hand drew...and the sentiment is also hand written..:) Colors are also very Indian keeping in mind the theme...added foam tape and transparency to keep it safe while shipping as we have to post it to the participant next to us...!!
Followed the Retro sketch (with a little twist) -

Bless our Home...!!

Hi friends.... How you all are....back again to blogging after complete 4 months....n really miss you all ....!!!!
Today I m sharing an altered kitchen tray which is now a beautiful wall decor....have a look...!!

For this I firstly took a wedding invite with some texture (white) n then applied homemade texture paste ....after that I used my handmade brick stencil to add some interest but after distressing the effect of the bricks disappeared n cud see only if u hold it in hand....anyways after that I stamped music note stamp from prima randomly over it n then embellished it ...!! And did some doodoodled border with black gel pen also...!!

Here are some steps I clicked while working:-

Can u see the rainbow colors I have created through colorful butterflies....:) I have up cycled so many things in this project....a kitchen tray ...a thread spool..some wedding invites( chipboard ornate frame design n colored butterflies and the pretty base are all from invites)

And this corner have a altered thread spool which is now a shabby scroll saying..." Welcome Love Trust & Happiness" to our sweet home....!!
I loved it...do you also...??

One more view :-
I hope you like it ....but if u feel to guide me in any way then pls do share ....because I m crafting after a long gap and was a lil worried abt d outcome....although this is not wat I thought of but still happy with it. Hope you too ...;)

Altered Drawer Box ----- :)

Hello frends....Wish you All A Very Happy n Colorful Holi in Advance......from last some days i cudnt craft as my lil daughters final exams were going but now they are over so today in the morning i altered this .....Actually i made this from used Office File cover some time back to hoard tiny crafty items as i wanted to organize my craft room which is very small & i generally forget 'lil elements after putting them into some box ....and whenever  i need them i had to look all the boxes ...n this was really irritating so that time i made this Drawer Box n just randomly cover it with scrap wrapping paper but now days i was thinking to give it a makeover so here i am with this altered Drawer Box.....as the time was so less so cudnt give it that look which i was thinking of.....but quite satisfied....:)

Every Thing i used here is just made by Stamping n inking ...some are left over pattern papers which i used in between with torn effects.....All flowers n Flourishes are hand cut n handmade.....:) those lace flowers are also handmade....looking cute na...??i loved them.. ;)

This is final outcome---

Happy Birthday in Grey...!!

Hello Peeps.....how you doing....i m all well but was busy with some weddings so cudnt craft but k\last night i made a CAS card ....using shades of grey...its really very simple.....just scored some parallel linen on Grey CS n then stamped peacock feather from HOTP stamp set in London Fog ink randomly ......then added a tag with black stripes made from marker pen n stuck it on CS with twine and then i just added a chipboard design to add some attraction n some tiny roses n handwritten sentiment on pink colored vellum banner....tadda ....its done....hope u liked it.

Made this card by following these challenges theme :-

Well i took the inspiration from all the above themes....Colors are from CFC & DD  ....Grey and pink......background stamping  & black n white stripes are from Case Study and finally the addition of chipboard golden designer panel is inspired from RIC photo inspiration where the dress has damask sort of design in front ......its in black n dress is in gold n luckily i found this golden chipboard in my stash which goes perfect with this theme...:)

Thanks a lot for stopping by...
