My First Ever Shabby Chic Layout...!!!

Hello....Happy Sunday....!! Hope You all are doing grt...:) well today i m quite happy n excited as i made my first ever Layout n thats in Shabby style.....not as much perfect but still i m happy with the outcome ...coz nor i m soo much skilled niether i hv a grt collection of supplies...so with limited supplies n skills the outcome is satisfactory for me....!! i hope you guys will surely give me your true feedback abt this LO...!! Actually i made this for my Sister to gift on her birthday which is coming in Oct...!! and she want to place the snap of her choice so i only place the photo mat n not the photo...!!
Note :- Picture heavy post....pls do bear my first attempt ...!! :) :)

Actually wen i started thinking abt making of this LO..the first thing came into my mind is for its base...and i choose the old hard file cover to use as my base...the actual size of this LO is 14x14''...not the standard one....:) then i put a white sheet on it then using my DI inks covered it completely to make a BG...then used corner stencils n DI again in all 4 corners....!! did some doodling on all around the boarders.....!! After this i used my DI, handmade stencils n texture paste for the BG's (Brick wall N Diamonds stencil) ...then put the crochet lace (RAK by Hussena) , Sticker Boarder (from 12x12 PP pad) n that copper like boarder is from old wedding invite...!!
then placed the Doily n back sheet of Itsy bitsy packaging as photo mat....hahaha ...so much of upcyling...n also i hv added the lining from inside of a envelope under the photo mat...hope u can see that in pic...:) also sparyed some DI using tooth brush ...!!

Now for  embellishing it i used my purely hand-cut n handmade flowers ...no punches n no dies.....only me n my scissors...used the clock sticker(from 12x12 PP pad), butterflies  Calla lilies are from Rainbow Craftykary, Pearl Strings n MDF bird cage (From Itsy Bitsy), Banners are made from the scarp pieces of Pattern papers which i hoard always and the swirls n green leaves are also hand cut n handmade...to make swirls i used the die-cut as a template which i got as RAK from Devika.....Thicker alphas are from Imaginations and all flower are colored with my DI bought from Crafters Corner and rest supplies are from my stash....!! aslo added a hint of glitter on flowers which is not seen n the pics..!!

Falling For You...!!!

Hiiiii.......Back again to share a card with which i m not so satisfied because it doesn't comes out as i thought of....!!! anyways...here is my card.....

Actually i dont have the maple leaf stamp....so hand drawn the leaf first n then made a stencil out of it......hope u can see that on my CS secured with masking tape.......then used the sponge n rich cocoa ink n made the leaf ......after that stamped the heart stamp on which there is some script on it using white versa color ink.....!!

And here is the outcome....!! so how u find it guys....??? :)

 but somewhere i feel that this becomes too dark so to overcome this i added a piece of vellum on it n then fussy cut some leaves using the same technique and to color them i used my Distress Inks...placed them all together in a falling manner n some doodle bug twine n a pie lane button...n viola....it done....!! handwritten the sentiment .!!

Heyaaa....How r you all.....here i m with my last night creation....a card ...i combined 3-4 Challenges while making this card....n the sunflower is completely handcut n handmade......distressed with DI.....and the Inspiration is from our very talented n respected Rajni Aunty....cudnt recreate the beauty wat she did with her flowers but its my lil trial so plz bear me n do tell me guys how u find my attempt....!!

Hi...Sharing again a card and in very much hurry as only few hours left in submission to challenges n i really dont wanna miss this time as i already took a long break from crafting....!! 

so here we go....
This is my card....which i have seen a long ago on you tube...ll definitely share the link once i find it again....!!

the gift box opens down n reveal the space for messages n two tags which are detachable....!!

stamped the butterfly n then colored it using my pencil colors....!!! not good at coloring ...lol...!!

both the tags have hand embossed cardstock as base....hope u can see the embossing...!! :)
